New In | The Body Shop

The Body Shop is having a bomb ass sale at the moment, so if you haven't stopped in recently I highly suggest you do. Fortunately for me and unfortunately for my bank account, I have. Skincare is obviously my kryptonite, and I even added a few new tools to my collection. I haven't gotten the chance to use everything properly, but if you'd like full reviews later on I'd be happy to oblige (so comment below dudes).
BODY BUTTERS
As I'm trying to be a little better about moisturizing these were a natural choice. The Coconut offering smells summery and lovely, while Vineyard Peach is obviously perfection. Both have enough scent to be noticed without being sickly and overpowering.

ALOE RANGE
I've had some major issues with sensitivity lately after a reaction to a new cleanser. Tears. Thus, I've tried to par back my routine to get everything under control. The Aloe Protective Serum is sufficiently moisturizing, all while being gentle and priming well for makeup. I haven't had a chance to trial the Soothing Day Cream yet, but I expect great things as well.
RANDOM BITS
It was only a matter of time until I picked up the facial massager - as is the case with everything Caroline Hirons recommends. This essentially helps to drain toxins from the face. I'll keep you updated after further use. The Eye Mask is an absolute necessity if you suffer from puffiness or ever think "Wow, I've had enough of today's shit". Pop it in the fridge or freezer, or even the microwave for a short time, and enjoy. It is a beautiful, relaxing experience. More than a couple of nights this week consisted of doing just that and listening to Audible. Lastly, is the Coconut Body Milk. This boasts the same fantastic scent as the body butter, but in a lighter texture and a convenient spray bottle.

What Body Shop wonders do you all have your eyes on? Until next Sunday!

xx

  1. TBS is what's up. The most glorious thing about the aloe products (specifically the moisturizers) are that they work just as beautifully for dry skin as they do with oily skin. I have insanely oily skin, and the day cream has the same marvelous effect for me as it does for my dry skin ladies, without complaints from either of us. Fantastic. I love all of TBS skin care, as well as their body oils. The body butter is a little thick for me. If you want something lighter in the summer, the body oil is quick drying, and in my opinion, the scent lasts longer.

    1. Agreed, they are the bomb. I've been using vitamin e products for well over a year now. And I had my eye on the body oils, I'll definitely have to check them out!
